Renova Maria Technical Services LLC was founded in Dubai in 2023 by Midhun, bringing together his technology-driven, systems-first mindset with the design and site experience of Maria Lavina, who has been delivering interior and fit-out projects across the UAE for more than 10 years. What began as a vision to bring genuine accountability to Dubai’s renovation industry has grown into a full-service studio with a track record of 38+ completed projects across the UAE.
We exist for busy homeowners and business owners who want one trusted partner to think, plan, and execute every detail — from first sketch to final handover — without noise, excuses, or surprises.
Our primary focus is villas and high-value apartments — spaces where design decisions carry real weight, materials need to be right, and the execution standard affects both how you live and what the property is worth.
